• To access these rates members must enter the special group code “WH5425” and have accompanying Alpaca stock or registration for the Alpaca Show/Conference when checking in.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Space is subject to availability at the time of the booking request.
• Refunds Once paid for fares are 90% refundable if cancelled prior to check-in and non-refundable if cancelled after check-in.
